Frisco hit two home runs in the game, which is a rare occurrence for them this season. However, they have been successful with runners in scoring position, hitting .251/.362/.405/.767 and ranking second in the league in home runs and RBIs. Infielder Luisangel Acuña has been on fire this season, hitting .310 and ranking second in the Texas League in hits and stolen bases. The RoughRiders have also been successful with the bases loaded, leading the league with 32 RBIs in those situations. The team has a strong defense, committing only 12 errors in 25 games and ranking second in the minors with a .986 fielding percentage. The team has also drawn a lot of walks, ranking third among non-Triple-A teams in walks and first in Double-A in team OBP. Outfielder Evan Carter has been a standout player, leading the Texas League in OBP and walks and reaching base safely in 20 of his 22 games this season.
